I would definitely recommend Yoga Loft - It's a nice place with people who are passionate to bring out the yoga out of everyone's busy life! It's important to take care of you body, mind and soul and what better way than Yoga!
The Brampton Yoga Loft is one of the best places at an incredible price. You will definitely get what you pay for there. The drop in price is only $20 per week with a monthly rate of only $130. The monthly rate allows you to go an unlimited number of times which is very nice. Some Yoga studios will limit the number of time you can go, that's why the Yoga Loft is one of the best in the city. If you are a student, you can also get a discounted rate to save you some money. Another big bonus for the Yoga Loft.
The Yoga Loft offers great intro classes for new beginners into Yoga. The setting is very nice and comforting, which is important when starting a new Yoga routine. Yoga can be kind of intimidating to new people, but as long as you have a comfortable setting, you will soon get the hang of it.

GoodLife Fitness
Also, some of the co-ed gyms do have a special women only section, but they are usually somewhat small. Also, the classes are great too! My top three would be RPM, Body Pump, and Body Combat. The music is all really great to work out to as well. You can look up class details online on their main web page.
For one they have updated gym equipments, second their staff is just amazing. We've all been first timers to a gym and felt completely lost right? RIGHT! They have no problem answering any questions, concerns and will even show you how to use the equipments. Lastly the gym instructors are the greatest! They are friendly and take the time to speak with you and show you how to move correctly (If your taking one of their classes). Do I recomend GoodLife?
BUT OF COURSE! ; )
Victoria Secret
Can't wait to see wants in store for us Canadians next !
Sephoria
hours in there and i can't see why not. There's Professional Makeup
artists Always available to help you, regardless of how much of a
pro you are. I went into the location at Yorkdale and there was a sales
representative on site from "Urban Decay" and she redid ALL my make up
from coverage to the eyeshadow. She walked me through each step and at
the end NO pressure to buy. She believed in the product So much that
she told me to Try it out for the day (included Samples from other
brands as well) and was confident that I'd return. I definitely did!
Their regular sales staff is NOT on commission and it shows, there is
no pressure just the love for makeup =)
