Serangoon Moral Family Service Centre was established by the Chee Hoon Kog Moral Promotion Society in December 1996. The Centre was officially opened in March 1998. We provided accessible, affordable and professional services to those in need, irrespective of race, color, creed, language or religion.
Family Service Centres (FSCs) are a key community-based focal point and social service provider for families in need. FSCs are staffed with professional social workers who are ready to provide a listening ear and helping hand. Anyone, regardless of age, race, language or religion, can benefit from FSC services. There are 36 FSCs in Singapore, run by voluntary welfare organizations and supported by the Ministry of Community Development, Youth and Sports, the National Council of social Service and other organizations including the Singapore Totalisator Board.
