We provide refuge and relief for the psychiatric disabled and people in crises.
We aim to be an excellent caring Christian welfare organization effectively accomplishing the total rehabilitation of those under our care.
Singapore Anglican Community Services is a subsidiary organization of the Anglican Diocese of Singapore and an affiliate of the National Council of Social Service. SACS is managed by a dedicated team of professional volunteers and staff, including psychiatrists and rehabilitation counselors.
Currently it operates SACS Family Care Centre (FCC) and four psychiatric health rehabilitation centres, Simei Care Centre (SCC), Hougang Care Centre (HCC), Community Rehabilitation and Support Services (CRSS) and Employment Support Services (ESS)
