Koon Seng Construction was founded by Mr Goh Koon Suan in 1968. The company is registered with the Building Construction Authority of Singapore as an A2 graded contractor for building works, a C1 contractor for civil engineering works and a L3 contractor for piling works. The company has a General Builder Class 1 license as well as a Specialist Builder (Piling Work) license. It has a paid-up capital of S$10 million.
Koon Seng Construction’s core business is in designing and building large scale public and private building and infrastructure projects. The company also has established synergistic businesses in operating construction manpower training and testing centre in India and port operation manpower supply services for Singapore ports.
Since its formation, Koon Seng Construction has completed more than seventy major projects covering schools, institutions of higher learning, religious institutions, retrofitting and conservation, and complex public and private building projects.
